The unique character of Greg Stump shines through on all of these films and he is truly a gift to the world of skiing. Each of these films posesses the soul of a Stax recording. In fact, a big part of what sets these films apart from the myriad other ski films available is the carefully researched soundtracks. Stump doesn't stop at the obvious, but digs deep into the catalogues of such record labels as London's ZTT to uncover some real hidden gems. As a young, budding musician and music lover my life was changed by watching these films and for that I will be eternally grateful to Stump. While others produce ski "flicks", Stump actually produces films - works of (gulp) art which, I sincerely believe, will endure.
