Very Bright, Fun, and Diamond-Flattering for that special moment when you ask her to marry you... especially useful for outdoor, sunset or night-time proposals where you want her to be able to see the ring, and for it to be highlighted in photos. However - I would not recommend trying to carry this around in dress pants all night before popping the question, because this box is somewhat bulky and it will be popping out of your pants instead. Maybe it could be hidden in a chest pocket of an overcoat? I would recommend getting it if you have options of keeping it extremely close to you, like under the driver seat or in a camera bag, or something similar like that. The material is OK and similar to what most ring boxes are like with the faux suede-like material, not spectacular but I haven't seen many high-end authentic suede or velvet boxes while shopping around either. I used this box and she loved it. She loves me and the proposal and the ring more, but the box did a great job shining light onto the diamond and making it sparkle like crazy.It’s a nice quality box. I wanted one with a light cuz I planned on proposing early in the morning before we went on a hot air balloon ride so it was still dark And I wanted her to be able to see the ring. The only problem was when I opened the box the light kinda blinded her lol but after her eyes adjusted she was able to see it so it still worked out.This is a great buy the quality and look of the box was above my expectaion well worth it for that special someones ring!Very nice ring box, well made, I like the rubber coating nice black finish and easy to grip. I've purchased several lighted rig boxes makes a nice presentation, in comparison to some of the generic boxes the jewelers often provide. The only draw back on this box is the size, if the ring is small the box may dwarf it, where a smaller box would give a brighter size proportional display. My ring was larger in size and this lighted box served me well. Definitely would reccomend this gift box to others.☺Slightly different but not nearly as bad as people are saying. I proposed at night and this ring box makes the diamonds shine like you would not believe. It was well worth the money and my now fiancée was absolutely thrilled about this. She loves her light up box and it brought a unique element to a special occasion. I will say that the light was substantially brighter than I was expecting. You could bling someone with this thing.Light isn't bright enough to do anything. I think the batteries were dead when it got here. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed since I paid for this feature specifically. Very nice box just bad batteries. Going to wait for the seller to make it right then I will update review.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent out a new box with chraged batteries. It is excellent! The light shines a lot brighter than I even expected. Really happy with this item now and the seller.Overall I am very happy with this box. My fiancé is in love with it as the LED shines bright and directly down onto the ring. It is one of those things that looks better in hand then in the pictures. My only gripe is that I wish it was smaller. To keep the surprise for the proposal I had to keep it in my bag because it would have been a giveaway in my pocket. However I did see the dimensions before purchasing and still took the risk. As stated before I am very pleased with the fit and finish.The box does what is discribed. Make the brightness in your ring really pop. However, the box is really large. For a little context, I have a 3 carrot setting and it made the ring look a little small.
